This Saturday, September the 23rd, we got the chance to listen to some classical music under the trees in the city of Lyon.

This fabulous idea is coming from the Lyon’s National Orchestra who was doing its promotion for the new season with three different journeys downtown and a final concert in the big amphitheatre. We choose the Mozart journey because of the theme (Le Nozze di Figaro) and the location near home and in a quiet environment: the Golden head park. At 6PM the whole orchestra was in the amphitheatre to give us an overview of the 2006/2007 season. Two thirds of the room was full of parents and kids, the sound was excellent and the chosen parts in accordance with the public. Thus, it was a really good time we enjoyed.
