Calm Sunday

Strange view point. When Diane Kessler in USA Today prone for increased quality of life with stores closed on Sunday, we are most of the time hoping here in France for some open one. Sunday is like Saturday a day off in France for most employees, thus, the appropriate time to go shopping without hurry.

I think if people take their time in Europe is more related to culture than open stores on Sunday. Come in Paris and take a walk in downtown on Sunday, you will probably be surprised not to see any store opened and nobody walking in the streets, this is only good when not living here and looking for croissants on Sunday morning…
